When you utilize our website forms, chat interfaces, or initiate discovery sessions, data is transmitted securely via customized n8n webhooks. We collect professional contact information (Name, Work Email, Company Stack) exclusively for the purpose of architectural assessment and sales communications. We do not sell this data to third-party brokers.

1.2 AI Chatbot & Lead Capture

Our automated chat interface processes your queries in real-time. Upon reaching specific query thresholds, the system requires identity verification to prevent abuse and spam. Chat transcripts may be logged temporarily to improve logic flows and ensure high-quality automated responses.

1.3 Enterprise Data Isolation (For Clients)

For active clients, ScourtFX adheres to strict data isolation protocols. Client proprietary data routed through our automation pipelines (utilizing n8n, Qdrant, PostgreSQL, or LLM APIs) is never used to train public foundational AI models. We rely on zero-retention API policies with our LLM providers wherever possible.

2.1 Scope of Services

ScourtFX provides custom AI and automation architecture, software integration, and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for any deployed infrastructure will be strictly governed by an individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed during client onboarding.

2.2 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a customized MSA, the pre-existing intellectual property, logic templates, and proprietary workflows developed by ScourtFX remain our property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the deployed automations for their internal business operations for the duration of our engagement.

While ScourtFX engineers resilient, error-handled systems, we are not liable for business interruptions, data loss, or financial damages resulting from third-party API deprecations, sudden changes in partner software interfaces (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, OpenAI altering their endpoints), or client-side manipulation of the deployed infrastructure.

Automated systems execute logic strictly as programmed. Clients are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data fed into these systems. ScourtFX recommends maintaining human-in-the-loop (HITL) oversight for high-stakes financial or legal workflows.
